Narrative / inspiration / intention:  We have all   experienced that blissful pause in time / where time seems to stand still and your mind is completely calm.  Devoid of any fear, anxiety, worry and only filled with a calm cool breeze.  Where you can literally feel your heart beating - not only in your chest or veins, but throughout your entire Being.  Your every cell breathes - not only your lungs.  Those are the moments when you feel truly alive.  The concept “live in the moment, be present” are all over our social media feeds and come up often in conversation.  Words easily uttered - but truly - how do we live like this?  Especially in todays modern, technology-filled world?  Whereby we are constantly exposed to distractions and are left overstimulated with busy minds!  Spending time in Nature is truly our only sanctuary - God / Great Spirit created us from the dust of the earth and it is within this very substance that we again find peace.
